How do I place an order?

All orders are placed though our online store front. If you have any questions regarding a product, please email orders@vpar.com and our team will get back to you.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging it. We will notify you via email as the status of the order changes.

NOTE: ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY 

If your order is placed before 3pm Monday - Friday, the order will be sent to our suppliers on the same working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Is delivery/shipping included?

Yes. Delivery of your order is included in the price,

How long will my order take?

In stock products can be expected within 5-7 working days of ordering. If a product is not currently in stock, we will contact you immediately to make you aware of a different delivery date.

Can I return the products?

Yes. Please enclose a note with the reason for your return and your order number. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. We will only accept returned items un-used and un-damaged. If an item is not returned in the same condition as it is received, i.e. damaged or used, without the original packaging or protection, then VPAR reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund.

Once a product has been deemed acceptable for a refund, VPAR will credit your original payment method within 28 days

Do I need to pay for a return?

Yes. For our UK customers, we do not offer a returns service; returning the item is at the cost of the customer. If you are returning the item due to it being faulty, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement to you.

Help - my item is faulty

If your item is faulty, please contact orders@vpar.com immediately. The sooner you do this, then the sooner we can arrange a FOC returns label directly to our suppliers. If our suppliers agree that the item is faulty then we will aim to agree a suitable alternative product or solution and communicate this to you.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 21 days to return an item to us, provided that is in the exact same state that it was received. Please note that with golf clubs, as soon as the club has been used even for one shot, it is deemed a used club, and is not eligible for returns.
